Do the prices indicated include VAT?
The prices on the Corally.com website all include VAT.

Can I order products with an invoice?
All orders will be sent with a valid invoice/receipt of purchase. Enter your VAT number in your information, and you will have a valid invoice that you can use in your company.

Can I also pick up my order or come and look?
We also have a showroom; of course you can come look at products with us. Please call in advance to set an appointment.
We advise you to first visit one of our official dealers; they have the TEAM CORALLY products in stock. They can also give you all the information about the TEAM CORALLY products.

When will my order be delivered?
When you place an order before 15:00 on Corally.com, you will often receive it the following workday.

How do I know if a certain article is in stock?
On the website, only products that are in stock can be ordered.

Do I get a receipt for payment?

With the delivery of any order, you get a clear invoice from Corally.com

What is my reconsideration period after purchase?
The reconsideration period is fourteen (14) days. Within that period, you can review the products. If the product does not suit you, you may return it within the 14-day period in the original packaging and without damage (i.e. not used and in the original, unopened package).
Important: The products may not have been used in any fashion. Packaging must be in the original state without damage. We retain the right to bill for costs and to deduct these from the repayment of your purchase amount.

If I want to send a product back, are there associated costs?
The reconsideration period is fourteen (14) days. Within that period, you can review the products. If the product does not suit you, you may return it within the 14-day period in the original packaging and without damage. If you wish to send back the purchased goods, you bear the expense of the return sending. We are happy to discuss the matter with you and to work with you to find a suitable solution.

If I send back a product, how long will it take before my money is returned to my account?
We credit the amount back to your account within 7 to 14 working days, counting from the day that we receive the return whole and unused.

Is payment via your website safe?
Yes. With iDeal or PayPal, you can reliably, safely and easily pay for online purchases. iDeal is the system that links you directly to your own internet banking program for an online purchase. In order to make use of iDeal, you do not have to register, download any files or make an account. If you use internet banking from ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS or SNS Regio Bank, then you can pay directly with iDeal.
